The reality is staggering, but there are solutions.

There are about 3 billion people without access
to the Gospel message.

And currently only 3% of missionaries and 1% of missions funds goes to the least reached people who have no access.

Why? Well it is complicated, but Barna recently found in a survey of the church in the USA that just 17% of churchgoers know of The Great Commission what it means. Perhaps the first problem to solve is simply raising awareness of God’s heart for all to the hear the Gospel.

THE UNREACHED NEED A MASSIVE WAVE OF MESSENGERS TO ARRIVE.

THE MISSION

I am helping to develop a new mobilization initiative for LIVEDEAD (Missions Network of over 80+ Church Planting Teams in unreached countries) through speaking, advocacy, and resources for the purpose of sending out movement of missionaries to the unreached.

The Big Picture and Remaining Task?

MISSIONARIES ON FIELD

JESUS CARES DEEPLY ABOUT THIS AND HERE ARE JUST TWO RELATED MESSAGES FROM HIM:

“THE HARVEST IS PLENTIFUL, BUT THE LABORERS ARE FEW. THEREFORE PRAY EARNESTLY TO THE LORD OF THE HARVEST TO SEND OUT LABORERS INTO HIS HARVEST.”

LUKE 10:2

“GO THEREFORE AND MAKE DISCIPLES OF ALL NATIONS(PEOPLE GROUPS), BAPTIZING THEM IN THE NAME OF THE FATHER AND OF THE SON AND OF THE HOLY SPIRIT, TEACHING THEM TO OBSERVE ALL THAT I HAVE COMMANDED YOU.”

MATTHEW 18:19-20

What is mobilizing?

Mobilizing is the strategic effort to share God’s heart, our task remaining, and to prompt people to hear God’s call to go, send, support, and live on mission where ever we are called. Our emphasis is on the frontier and unreached in fulfilling Jesus’ command.

What does mobilizing have to do with the void in missionaries to the unreached?

There are simply not enough workers in unreached locations to create a self-sustaining indigenous church planting movement. I.e. no missionaries, means no evangelism, no disciples, no groups of believers large enough to reach their own people group.
See Romans 10:14-15

This is our call to go and send, and it is mission critical.

Practically speaking unless we send more missionaries then we can expect to go backwards in unreached people groups, total population, and continue to overlook unengaged locations.

LET’S MAKE Sending Just 3% OF MISSIONARIES TO THE UNREACHED OUR HISTORY,

NOT OUR REALITY.

SEND OUT DISCIPLES WHO MAKE DISCIPLES BOTH LOCALLY AND INTO THE FRONTIER
